MSI: Ambulatory x 4, flea dirt, no masses noted, area of alopecia and crusting at mid tail and dorsal neck, small patches of alopecia at paws
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

Prognosis: good
Plan:
continue itraconazole and lime sulfur dips
