MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, full but unkempt hair coat with areas of small matting
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Mild dental disease
Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC. Consider dental cleaning with placement
