Medical Summary microchip scan negative unaltered female approximately 8 weeks old QARH EENT: WNL 1.7lbs; BCS: 2.5/5, underweight MM: pink, CRT: 1 sec. fed wet kitten food mixed with KMR, has an okay appetite – will monitor clean hair coat, no fleas very nervous, does not appear to be socialized, but allowed all handling
