Allowed all handling, tense, no attempts to flee Evidence of Cruelty seen – No Evidence of Trauma seen – No Objective P = WNL R = WNL BCS 4/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ear mites, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Teeth clean, minimal dental tartar/gingivitis PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Male MSI: Ambulatory x 4, fleas, no masses noted, flea allergy dermatitis CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Ear mites, fleas, FAD Plan: Revolution given for ear mites and fleas.
