I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 07/25/2017 from NY 10029, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY. I came in with Group/Litter #K17-105530.

07/25/17 13:27 All cats allowed handling for their picture being taken and being collared. They were nervous but when approached slowly they allowed for counselor to pick up. All cats scannned negative for chip.

ACTIVITY LEVEL: Moderate VOCAL: Somewhat chatty CHARACTER TYPE: Social, Sweet ENRICHMENT NOTES: 7/26/17- Exploring cage, soft posture, curious. Brief hesitation when touched, but warmed up quickly. Leaned and arched into pets, played gently when given toys. EVALUATION: Cage Condition: No change Reaction to assessor: Bethany immediately comes soliciting at the front of the cage. Reaction to door opening: Bethany remains standing at the front of the cage, relaxed body posture, soliciting attention. Reaction to touch: Bethany head-butts the assessor’s hand and appreciates petting on the head and body. Reaction to being picked up: She allows the pickup and remains calm. BEHAVIOR SUMMARY: Beginner Bethany interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat can go to a beginner home.
