No History : Stray Subjective: Observed Behavior – BARH. attention seeking, allowed all handling Evidence of Cruelty seen – No Evidence of Trauma seen – No Objective P = WNL R = WNL BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: MIld to moderate dental tartar/gingivitis PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: male MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, alopecia over left eye and right side of face, ears CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Alopecia — ringworm positive Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC. Rec lime sulfur dip twice weekly, itrafungol 1.7ml PO q24 x 10 days (will require additional treatment past 10 days) Prognosis: Good with appropriate treatment Surgery Temporarily waived due to ringworm

Berkley came in as a stray so his history is unknown.
Berkley was very friendly with the counselor, he allowed her to pet him and pick him up to place him back on the table.
ENRICHMENT:
08/20/17
Lying in back of kennel curled up and relaxed. Ears are forward. He allows petting along his head and body while leaning in and rolling over, paws soft. Remains relaxed for duration of session. Doing well!
