History : hit by car per caller Subjective: laying on side, can move tail annd legs, suspect pelvic injury. sedated 0.1 telazol im Observed Behavior – hissed but not other signs of agression Evidence of Cruelty seen – n Evidence of Trauma seen – y Objective P = 160 R = wnl BCS EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: clean teeth PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: female intact MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: suspect pelvic fx Plan: rads–results are wnl sedated exam wnl could be ST injury (?) will give onsior .3 and simbadol 0.4 Prognosis: fair SURGERY: Temporary waiver due to illness
