Subjective: Observed Behavior – Shy, a little tense.. Allows all handling. Evidence of Cruelty seen – No. Evidence of Trauma seen – No. Objective: BARH. mm=lt pink, moist, CRT<2 s. HR= 180, RR=28. BCS=4/9. ORAL: All adult teeth present, mild gingivitis and dental staining. EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted. PLN: No enlargements noted. H/L: Lungs clear, no murmurs/arrhythmias. ABD: Non painful, no masses/organomegaly palpated. U/G: Female, no spay scar found. MS: Ambulatory x 4, no lameness. INTEG: Full, clean haircoat. Small mats in tail. No skin lesions or masses. CNS: Mentation appropriate, no signs of neurologic abnormalities. A: Apparently healthy young adult cat. P: OK for OVH surgery. Excellent prognosis.
