EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: mild dental tartar, pink mm
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Male
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, flea dirt seen, small area of scabbing behind ears and neck
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Hematoma at left pre-scapular region
Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC. COnvenia 0.45ml SQ given. Aspirated ~3ml blood from mass, cleaned area with peroxide
Prognosis: Excellent
