***SAFE 04/30/16*** Goodness, if the look on poor BeeBoo’s face doesn’t break your heart you need to check for a pulse! This beautiful cream tabby is just 18 months old, and his entire world has just been turned upside down! He was dumped off at the ACC as a stray after being trapped by someone who most likely had his best interest at heart. But what a mistake they’ve made because BeeBoo has been chosen to DIE AT NOON TOMORROW! He is perfectly healthy and allows petting after being given some time to warm up. The shelter is a scary place for babies like this, and he is a bit tense. If there is anyone who can offer BeeBoo a true home where he can understand that he is safe and loved, his true colors are sure to shine through! Please consider advocating for him RIGHT NOW! His last hours are slipping away!

04/26/2016 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Beeboo watches the assessor from the litterbox with a low and tense body position When spoken quietly: Beebo continues to watch the assessor from the litterbox with his eyes getting larger Reaction to door cage opening: Beeboo starts to sink further down and very slow retreats while focusing on the assessor Reaction to touch: Beeboo starts to turn over on his side to watch the assessor’s hand. He allows limited petting with a slow and gentle approach. Try picking cat up: Did not attempt due to Beeboo already being stressed Behavior Determination: Experience No Child Beeboo was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment he was displaying fearful behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes alert when the kennel was open. Retreats as I started to get closer. I was able to pet him in a limited way with a slow approach. We recommend that this Beeboo goes to a home with experienced cat parents with no children.
