History : o surrender Subjective: very dehydrated. hard fecal balls palpated. cannot 100% r/o mass Observed Behavior – calm Evidence of Cruelty seen – n Evidence of Trauma seen – n Objective P = 120 R = wnl BCS 2/9 EENT: eyes sunken, aging changes Oral Exam: severe dental disease PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, hard fecal balls palpated, r/o masses U/G: female MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, unkempt coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: open. constipated +/- underlying disease Plan: rehydrate, run blood work, monitor in medical Prognosis: guarded Permanent waiver due to age
