Oral Exam: adult I1s present, rest deciduous
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Female- suspect intact, no evidence of spay scar and/or tatoo
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat; underweight
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: DNP
Assessment: URI, conjunctivitis, suspected intact female d/t age and lack of evidence of spay; FeLV positive on snap
Prognosis: fair to good
Plan: tx URI w/ doxycycline 0.1ml PO BID x10days; neopolydex ophth oint OU BID x7days; conversation w/ placement re: FeLV positive- rec re-test on serum / IFA to confirm positive or negative
