Beans was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to his behavior in his previous home. Reaction to assessor: Beans was relaxed at the front of the kennel looking out at her surroundings. Reaction when softly spoken to: Beans is curious and leans forward to sniff the assessor. Reaction to cage door opening: Beans is calm and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Beans seems unsure and looks around at his surroundings. He allows petting all over and lightly brushes up for attention when rubbed on his cheeks. His movements are slow, he solicits attention and he seems very interested in his surroundings. Reaction to being picked up: Beans was a bit tense when picked up but remains calm and allows all handling. Behavior Determination: Average Beans interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
