Upon intake Barlett was soft body, attention seeking and purring. He scanned negative for a microchip and allowed all handling.

Mild blepharospasm OU, corneal scar OS

Appetite+++
A: FeLV+, dehydration, underweight
P: Starting on Panacur SID x 5D, Metronidazole BID x 7D, and LRS SID x 3D; recheck daily
