I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 06/19/2017 from NY 10472, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY. I came in with Group/Litter #K17-101413.

Hx: came in with sibling who had severe wounds with maggots and was EHR; babs was noted to be febrile on intake; no appetite with canned food alone but ate well when fortiflora was mixed in S/O T-102.1 QAR, timid but allows handling mm pk, sl tacky eyes clear AU-mild residual discharge; dx with earmites on intake heart/lungs WNL soft abdomen with no palpable abnormalities female A ear mites fever-resolved mild dehydration P 20 ml LRS SID x 2 days gave cerenia 0.1 ml SQ continue fortiflora-1/2 packet twice daily with food
