ATLANTIS NEEDS MEDICAL EVAL BECAUSE HE IS MILDLY ATAXI AND HAS SOME INTENTION TREMORS WHICH COULD MEAN HE HAS CEREBELLAR HYPOPLASIA – PLEASE OFFER TO FOSTER THIS BABY AND GIVE HIM A CHANCE TO LIVE. Hx: single kitten came in alone S/O QAR, allows handling mm pk, moist; CRT <2 sec; deciduous canines and premolars present nose/eyes clear ears clean heart/lungs WNL soft abdomen, no palpable abnormalities ambulatory x 4 with no orthopedic abnormalities mild ataxia with mild intention tremors mild fecal staining on hindlimbs male A suspect cerebellar hypoplasia underage/underweight P force feed q4-6h until eating on his own temp s/n waiver d/t underage/underweight prognosis: good; suspect cerebellar hypoplasia which appears mild and can have good QOL long term in the right household
