No fleas seen
Finder stated that blood was seen in urine

continue to monitor overall condition. if condition worsens, send to MACC for vet exam

AU- mild waxy brown debris
no murmur, regular rhythm
lungs clear and eupneic
MI, 2 descended testicles
falls over when trying to walk, wide base stance with forelimbs; intention head tremors

Aruba came to the shelter as a stray, so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies in a home environment. Finder stated they were able to pick him up. Upon intake, Aruba appeared nervous and was minimally handled. Aruba appears to have a neurological disability affecting coordination.
Cage Condition: Cage is neat.
Reaction to assessor: Aruba looks at the assessor, soft body language.
Reaction when softly spoken to: Aruba rolls over.
Reaction to cage door opening: Aruba attempts to approach the assessor.
Reaction to touch: Aruba head-butts the assessor, leans into petting, purrs and kneads.
Reaction to being picked up: Aruba is calm, purring during this type of handling.

Despite Aruba’s condition, he remains sweet and affectionate with his human caretakers. He interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat can go to a beginner home.
