SAFE 7/28/17 Arizona came in with 2 kittens but no info on whether they belong to her. She is only a kitten herself and needs a home.

Intake condition EXAM REQ Intake Date 07/22/2017, From NY 11236, DueOut Date 07/25/2017, I came in with Group/Litter #K17-105184.
Comes forward when I open the kennel door and allows petting along head and body, tail raised. Vocalizes and head-butts kennel door, rolling over onto side after interaction has ended. Curious, friendly and vocal. Doing well after first day.
DVM Intake Exam
Estimated age: 10 months
Microchip noted on Intake? negative
History : Stray cat.
Subjective: Apparently healthy intact cat.
Observed Behavior – Hissing, bitting when she is restrained.
Evidence of Cruelty seen – None
Evidence of Trauma seen – None
P = 160 bpm BCS 4/9
EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: NAF
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Intact female. mammary glands normal insize.
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Not lactating. Most likely not the mother of the kittens
In the future – spay surgery, FELV/FIV test.
SURGERY: Okay for surgery
