S/O: history of being hit by car, anisocoria, PLR intact, scleral hemorrhage in right eye, conjunctivitis and chemosis OU with mild crusted ocular discharge, superficial abrasions on face, maxillary canine teeth fractured, mm’s pink, heart and lungs WNL on auscultation, left front leg unable to extend carpus – suspect radial nerve injury, no wounds or fractures seen, amb x 3, mild dehydration, abdomen WNL, female

suspect left radial nerve damage (unable to extend carpus)
head trauma – scleral hemorrhage, anisocoria
fractured maxillary canine teeth
P: start LRS 75 ml SID x 3 days
start convenia 0.32 ml SQ once
start erythromycin OU BID
rec NH placement
prognosis: fair
Enrichment
Head trauma, possibly hit by car, but still sweet. Lay in place, seemed a bit out of it. Tried to lean into pets and looked around.
