Former owner stated around strangers Arabelle is shy for a few minutes. She hasn’t been around children or other animals besides her sister Angela and they’re very close. They do everything together. They are gentle, playful, relaxed/affectionate with each other and the adult. Also, described as friendly, playful, mellow, independent & quiet with a medium activity level.
Reaction to assessor: Arabelle looks tense, crouched position at the back when approached by the assessor.
Reaction to door opening: Arabelle remains in place, alert with eyes wide open.
Reaction to touch: Arabelle accepts the stroke, but shows no interest to the touch and remains immobile in place.
Placement determination: Experience
Angela tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful in the shelter.
We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents.
