08/29/2017 PET PROFILE MEMO
08/29/17 08:40 Basic information: Aqua is an 8 year old spayed, domestic shorthair cat. The owner had bought the cat in a pet store 8 years ago and had to unfortunately give her up due to having to move into an apartment that doesn’t allow pets. Socialization: Aqua is friendly with stranger’s adults and children. She plays well with adults and children and play gently with them. She has never been around other cats and dogs so previous owner is unsure how the cat will react around those animals. Behavior: Aqua will cry and meow in a car. Owner has never given Aqua a bath, trimmed her nails, or brushed her coat before. Aqua is ok with being picked up and held. She may struggle a bit to put in a carrier and is ok with being disturbed while sleeping. For a new family to know: Aqua is a friendly, affectionate, independent cat. She is quiet and playful and has a medium energy level. She loves to cuddle and lay with you and will follow you around the house when you’re home. She loves string and the cat dancer and is indoors only. She sleeps on the couch or with the owner. She eats wet food twice a day. She is litter boxed trained and used a cover litter box with crystal litter. She enjoyed cardboard scratching post. Upon intake, Aqua was curious and attentive to surroundings. She allowed counselor to pet and hold. She purred in counselors arms and took food from counselor’s hand.
