SAFE 4/28/18 — 11 year old ANNA BANANA was brought to the shelter after being “found” by someone. She is already spayed. Anna Banana is exhibiting ataxia and circles in one direction. She needs further medical evaluation to determine what is wrong. Please help this pretty calico girl today!

Oral Exam: all canines fractured or missing; dc 2/5; pd 2/5.
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: No murmur ausculted; CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: spay scar seen. no masses within mammary glands
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, alopecia along the left lateral abdomen and lateral crus, bilaterally. woodslamp negative.
CNS: ataxia with wide circling to the right and slight intention head tremors. no head tilt. no paresis.
Rectal: grossly normal.
