MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, unkempt hair coat with areas of severe matting
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Matted, dental disease
Plan: Rec dental cleaning with placement. Continue to monitor
Prognosis: Good
