Medical Summary Hx: single kitten found in garbage without mom scan negative allows handling about 6 weeks old QAR mm pk, tacky; deciduous canines present crusting nasal discharge, mild serous nasal discharge OU-severe blepharospasm, mucoid discharge ears clean heart/lungs WNL distended abdomen, intestines sl thickened male A URI with conjunctivitis dehydrated underage/underweight P 25 ml SQF SID x 3 days doxycycline 0.1 ml PO SId x 10 days terramycin OU BID x 10 days prognosis: good temp s/n waiver due to underage/underweight
