***GONE 09/15/16 *** THEY JUST DON’T GET BETTER LOOKING THAN AMANDA & MATTY!!……These adult ladies lost their owner and it is unbelievable that no one wanted to honor that purrson’s memory and give these cats a home!! They are both pretty scared right now and grieving…..Given a little time and patience these two will be fine once they feel safe again….But we all know that the ACC is not a place where cats feel safe!! IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO START A CAT FAMILY OR ADD TO YOUR CAT FAMILY, AMANDA & MATTY WOULD BE GRATEFUL!!….The ACC starts killing at NOON, so please get your applications in NOW!! If you need assistance, email us at [email protected]

Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Amanda looks tense, crouched position hiding in her cat den when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Amanda remains stiff in place, alert with eyes dilated. Reaction to touch: Amanda accepts the stroke, but shows no interest to the touch and remains immobile. Placement determination: Experence / no child Amanda tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful or stressed in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children.
