The shelter staff think I am about 1 year old.
I weigh 6 pounds.
I was found in NY 10025.
I have been at the shelter since May 04, 2016.

int: sl dirty coat, no spay scar, contusions on ventrum
ABD: bladder palpates intact
GU F , diarrhea on hindend
eent: g0 ddz all adult teeth in
0.1 cc buprenorphine SR IM
75 cc SC LRS
A: R fem fracture
P: pain management, recc rescue for sx. 0.15 cc meloxicam SC in addition to bup SR
PROGNOSIS:
good with appropriate surgical intervention
Re-Exam (5/05/16)
S/O: BAR, good appetite, seems comfortable, very active and likes attention, bruise on ventral abdomen, non-weight bearing on right hind leg, clean adult dentition, mm’s pink, 2/6 heart murmur, lung sounds clean, no URI
A: right distal femoral fracture
P: given bup SR yesterday
rec NH placement for fracture repair (vs amputation)
prognosis: good with surgery
Enrichment
Broken hind leg. Incredibly friendly and affectionate. Stood on approach. Leaned hard into pets and started purring.
