History: Stray intake 6/20-severely swollen RHL. Started on onsior, simbadol, and clavamox.
RHL rads-no fracture noted, open physes, RHL patella is significantly cranially displaced unclear is it is luxated or separated from severe soft tissue swelling, severe soft tissue swelling of entire RHL
Subjective: BARH. NWB RHL lameness but not tender to the touch. No csvd. Eating well. Normal BM and U.

EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted
Oral Exam: adult middle 2 incisors, the rest is kitten dentition, no oral ulcers
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: FI, no MGTs, no vulvar d/c
MSI: Ambulatory x 3-NWB RHL lameness, severe diffuse swelling of RHL, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment:
Severe diffuse swelling of RHL r/o infectious vs wound vs trauma vs patellar dislocation vs other
Prognosis: Good
Plan:
D/c onsior due to age (first 2 doses already given)
Continue simbadol 0.24mg/kg SQ SID until 6/25
Continue clavamox 13.75mg/kg PO BID until 6/30
Will shave entire leg today to assess for wound
