EENT: OS has serous d/c and moderate chemosis, corean/globe appears wnl, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: adult dentition with moderate dental tartar, no oral lesions noted
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: difficult to assess due to purring, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: MN
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, thinning hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment:
Conjunctivitis OS r/o irritation from contact vs allergy vs infectious
Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC
Start erythromycin OS BID x10d
Recheck day 5, 10
Prognosis: Excellent
SURGERY: neutered
